Boxer Contract & Guarantee

The parents of this puppy(s) have been checked by a vet and cleared as healthy.
This puppy is registered with a limited/ or full Registration. All appropriate shots for the puppy's age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.  Buyer has the right, at the buyer’s expense to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice prior to purchase. The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heart-worm prevention, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. The buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the buyer doesn't, then ABC Boxers does not hold any responsibility for the puppy’s health. It is imperative that you have a health examination performed on your puppy within 72 hours of receiving them otherwise contract is null and void. Continued vaccination through 18 weeks of age is critical for proper immunity to infectious diseases. Results of this exam must be post-mailed, emailed or faxed in to ABC Boxers.

This guarantee extends from birth to 12 months of age, should the puppy develop a condition that is known to be inherited, develops during the first 12 months of the animal's life that would significantly alter the lifespan. A replacement puppy (from that litter or the next available litter) will be given, following a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating: 1) the date the puppy was seen, 2) the diagnosis, 3) the test and/or laboratory results, 4) the time and cause of death. Stress-related or environmental symptoms are not covered. Veterinary visits and/or medications are at the expense of the buyer. Veterinarian documentation, as described above, must be presented and Seller has the right to have Seller's Veterinarian, or an un-biased second Veterinarian, diagnose the puppy. For replacement, the puppy must be returned to Seller. All registrations and rights of ownership are then transferred to Seller. Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and related costs for returning the puppy and receiving the new one.

Death due to accidents, injury, owner neglect or any other cause will not be eligible for replaced puppy. ABC Boxers does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery. Furthermore, the buyer will not hold the breeder or seller liable for anything outside the scope of this contract.  No cash refund will be made under any circumstance.

ABC boxers has done everything possible to produce healthy, sound puppies by breeding dogs only checked by a vet and cleared as healthy, and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. For puppies purchased sight unseen, acceptance of the puppy constitutes a signature and acceptance of this contract.

The Buyer hereby agrees that if at any time he/she cannot take proper care of the puppy, the Buyer must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the puppy free of charge.

This contract constitutes the full agreement between buyer and seller. It shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Missouri and any legal action must be brought in to the county of St Francois, state of Missouri.The undersigned has read, understands and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein.

BULLDOG GUARANTEE

ABC guarantees this Bulldog puppy(s) to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. I guarantee the puppy to be free of any life threatening congenital defect for 1 year from date of birth. A licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within 72 hours of delivery. If the puppy is proven to have a congenital defect within 1 year and returned, the breeder's vet will interpret the report and when he concurs, a replacement puppy will be given when one is available. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spay, neutered, or euthanized without the breeders permission. Breeder must be notified at the onset of a problem, with a report from the veterinarian. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and under NO circumstances is paid by breeder. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factor for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. We do not guarantee anything outside the scope of this contract. Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen or from danger or abuse. There is no guarantee against negligence.

This contract is formed in and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri and the jurisdiction to resolve disputes rests solely in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Missouri, County of St Francois.

English bulldog: Deposit Contract

Deposits are non-refundable unless the specific sex requested is not available or in the event that a show prospect is not available and said purchaser has a deposit for a show prospect. We do not select nor sell puppies based on color.

In the event that purchaser changes mind of purchase of puppy, deposit non-refundable. In the event that purchaser purchases a puppy from another breeder, deposit nonrefundable. If we have a puppy available of requested sex and purchaser whom has requested a companion but does not want the puppy their deposit is non-refundable and deposit will not be carried over to another litter unless Breeder/Seller agrees to do so. You will be notified by email or by phone when you puppy is ready to be picked up; you will then have 5 days to do so. If you do not, then you forfeit your puppy and your deposit.

We reserve the right at all times to refuse the sale of a puppy/dog. In the event we refuse sale of a puppy/dog we will refund the deposit in full. This is the ONLY time we will refund deposits. Deposit for puppies are($500), price of puppies start at $1500.00.The deposit will be subtracted from the price of puppy. We accept Pay Pal, Postal or Bank Money orders, and Cash. We do not accept checks.

STUD SERVICE CONTRACT

Stud Services from ABC Boxers will be provided on the following conditions:

If said bitch does not produce at least two live, colored puppies as a result of this breeding, notice must be given within seven days from the whelping date. If the bitch fails to produce a minimum of two live, colored puppies a return service will be given the same bitch at the next season, without additional fee. No stud fees will be refunded in whole or in part.

A statement from a qualified veterinarian confirming the bitch has been appropriately tested within the prior twelve (12) months and is free of heart murmur or heart disease will be required. The American Kennel Club registration number of the bitch must accompany her prior to breeding. A copy of a 3 or 4 generation pedigree of the bitch is appreciated.

If a natural breeding is done, four days of board will be provided, after which board will be provided at the rate of $10.00 per day.
